Call for Papers HGSC 2026 is intended for students, academics, or researchers in a social

and political context to submit their papers for consideration for presentation in

conference or publication. We encourage active bachelor degree students researching

HGSC with the theme “Transforming Environmental Agendas: A Socio-Political Approach to Global Climate Justice.” to submit their paper to one of the streams or the general conference stream before July, 31st 2026.

1. Participants must be active bachelor degree students, as evidenced by the Student ID card.
2. Each participant must scan a student ID card of all members in PDF form.
3. Papers can be written by one student or one team that consists of a minimum of two (2) students and a maximum of ten (10) students.
4. Each participant member is allowed to come from different institutions.
5. Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum 2 of papers.
6. Each participant is required to read the Call for Paper guidebook and follow the established rules.
7. Every participants must pay a conference fee as follows:

• Indonesian Student Presenter: IDR 200.000
• Indonesian Observer: IDR 50.000
• International Student Presenter: USD 20
• International Observer: USD 5

Payment can be made via bank transfer Seabank : 901060738454 (Rini Arianty). Proof of payment must be provided.

8. Each team must register online via the link provided on the official instagram

• Indonesian student presenters are Indonesian students who submitted papers for the conference.
• Indonesian observers are participants from Indonesia who attended the conference sessions.
• International student presenters are international students who submitted papers for the conference.
• International observers are foreign participants who attended the conference sessions.
